Beta terms

• TurnSignal is in public beta and free to use. Features and limits can change while we learn from the first teams.
• It is provided as it is, without guarantees of availability. Don't make it your only record of test results.
• Your test data stays yours. You can delete it, or your whole account, at any time.
• Before paid plans start, or before these terms change in a way that matters, we tell you at least 30 days ahead. There's no card on file, so nothing can be charged automatically.

"TurnSignal", "we" and "us" mean the operator of turnsignal.ai and app.turnsignal.ai. "You" means the person who signs in and the organization they use it for. By signing in you agree to these terms and to how we handle data as described in the privacy notice.

• Features may change, be limited or be removed. We announce changes that affect your CI setup in the docs, and by email for owners we have an address for.
• The reporter is designed never to change your Playwright exit code: if TurnSignal is down or refuses a run, your tests pass or fail exactly as they would without it.
• Each organization has monthly limits of runs, test results and projects, shown on the pricing section and your organization's page. We may change the limits with notice, and we raise them on request when we can.

The beta is free. If we introduce paid plans, we will announce them at least 30 days before they apply to you. Moving to a paid plan will always be your choice: you would pick a plan and enter payment details yourself.

• Only send data you are allowed to share with us. Your tests' screenshots, videos and traces show the application you test; keep them free of data you may not share, or turn them off.
• Keep project tokens secret; anyone with a token can send results to that project and read them through the API. Revoke a token as soon as it may have leaked.
• Don't use TurnSignal to break the law, to store content that isn't test output, to attack or overload the service, to get around the limits, or to resell it.

You own the test results and files you send. We use them only to provide TurnSignal to you, as described in the privacy notice. You can export an organization's data as JSON, and delete projects, organizations or your account yourself at any time.

TurnSignal is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. There is no uptime commitment during the beta. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or data, and our total liability to you is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and 100 US dollars.

You can stop using TurnSignal at any time and delete your data. We may suspend an account or token that breaks these terms or puts the service or other users at risk; where we can, we tell you first. If we end the beta without a paid successor, we give at least 30 days' notice so you can export your data.

When these terms change, we update this page and the date at the top; changes that matter to you are announced at least 30 days ahead. Questions? email hello@turnsignal.ai.
